This website has been established to showcase the history and many of the available E.F. Payne & Leonard assets available. Currently maintained by the Holloman Estate and recently operated to produce E.F. Payne Rods by David Holloman of Bend and Sisters, Oregon. At E.F. Payne Rod Company, Inc., David continued the legacy of hand crafting bamboo rods, even on James Payne's original work bench, available in this collection.
